This booklet is prepared based on site studies of comparative living shoreline project from coastal waters across the United States. Reef Ball have been used nearshore since 1995 projects by Lee Harris. Recent projects include Living Seawall using Eco Rap as well as Reef Ball placement for mangrove an oyster restoration as well as essential fish habitat and shoreline protection.
