Breakwater Design

Since the late 90’s Reef Balls have been tested and used in many breakwaters.  From  shallow water to beach protection.     Wave test have been done and numerous projects have research papers showing the success.

The Technology behind the Reef Ball, breaks and absorbs wave energy.  There is accretion of sand due to the many eddies as water passes threw the Reef Ball.  It also provides various habitats in the process.
